National Outline Plan 18/4

The National Outline Plan no. 18/4 for gasoline stations, approved in 2006, determines provisions for planning and certifying gasoline stations.
The plan refers the building and planning law, 1965, which prohibits the establishment and/ or activation of gasoline stations unless:

1. The station was established on designated land.
2. The station was established according to a building permit.

Wintest accompanies entrepreneurs and gasoline stations owners in front of the different authorities starting with the planning stage and until receiving all the required permits from the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the Water Authority, Mekorot company and the Ministry of Health.
